Julia Andrick
Director of Admissions & Outreach
Julia began working in the therapeutic school and program field in 2000. Since that time, she has worked with countless families and witnessed the profoundly powerful impact wilderness therapy has had on their children. She also has first-hand experience. Her daughter was struggling and she didn’t hesitate to send her to a wilderness therapy program, where she had a life-changing experience. Julia has an innate ability to get to the heart of the matter with parents and does so with warmth, compassion and genuine connection. Born and raised just outside the Nation’s Capital, her twin sister, and only sibling, moved to a beautiful small town and she and her parents soon followed. All now enjoy fresh mountain air and a quieter pace of life. She is mother to a son and daughter, who are her number one priority, followed closely by her dogs. When not working, you’ll find her walking her dogs, participating in hot yoga, drinking coffee and relaxing with a great book.
